Martina Hinigs is engaged (again!). This time to 38-year-old lawyer Andreas Bieri (you can click here to see his resume.)
The 29-year-old former No. 1 confirmed to paper Neue Luzemer Zeitung: “It’s true: Andreas has made me a marriage proposal. I was totally surprised. Of course I accepted.”

Martina Hingis was previously betrothed to ATP Lothario Radek Stepanek, who proposed to her in Prague in November of 2006. They broke up the following summer. Hingis’s 2007 was capped off a couple months later, when she was banned from the game for two years due to testing positive for cocaine.

2007 may have sucked, but 2010 is looking up! Not only does Martina Hingis have a new fiance, she has a new tennis career too. She’s signed on to play World Team Tennis this season for the New York Buzz and the comeback rumors are a-buzzing, too.

I hope Martina doesn’t try to make a comeback. She was a great player, but I think her time has past.

I think it will be the worst thing for Martina if she marry him , she danced in strictly, she did not find the support from him to return to tennis, he did not try to clear her name from cocaine ( although he is a lawyer ) and she bacame just a modle and all that happened while he is living whith her ! did he know what does it mean jealousy ?! he does not has any relation whith sport so how she will live whith hem for ever ?! I know that she needs a man in her ilfe so baddly but trust me princess this is not him in any way, all what he wants is her body and her millions.
