It’s cool to think that a segment of turkey-stuffed Americans will be tuning into Roger Federer vs. Juan Martin del Potro instead of Raiders vs. Cowboys et. al. on Thanksgiving Day. But I won’t be one of them. My celebration includes spending time in a no-basic-cable/no-internet zone. Thank goodness it’s not a no-martini zone!
I’ll do my best to check in over the weekend, but in case I can’t highjack a neighbor’s wi-fi connection: GO ROGER!
And Happy Thanksgiving to all! Glug, glug. Gobble, gobble.
Feel free to converse below about WTF happenings or Thanksgiving’s greatest rivalry: pecan vs. pumpkin.

pumpkin. hands down.
Pecan all the way! With a big spoonful of lovely whipped cream, yum.
Happy holiday FF – we’ll take care of RG
I am giving thanks for my DVR today. Sad to say, I can count on no one in my family spoiling the surprise. Although one time I went to the ballet and a girl was checking the scores of Rafa playing someone (can’t remember who) and kept telling her friends. Of all the places I had to sit in the theatre!
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
hahahahaha Andy Murray doesn’t know if he’s still in the tournament or not… maybe his manager should explain the rules to him

He’s not the only one. JMdP also wasn’t sure…
“I asked Juan Martin myself at the net, ‘Did you make it or not?”’
Federer said. “He said, ‘I don’t think so.’ …

Wow, he looked great! And he beat some pretty tough competition to get there! He really deserved the trophy.
