I try to watch all remaining Marat’s matches in 2009
despite the poor streaming quality.
He looked clean, shaved and determined last night with Kolya. Several incredible shots from Marat (not as good as those in AO 2005). Of course he won. Kolya was very tired in set 3.
Russian tennis fan are not so crazy about the signs or boards (no Marry Us in sight)but they can be as loud when it comes to their “Marat”.
Lovely friendly match.
PS – If I’m playing against Marat, I’ll hate him (if I can resist his charm). Kolya is Russian too but everyone and everywhere is about “Marat”.
