Was Serena Williams doing some method acting at the US Open?
Serena Williams will be the new ‘tude for Tampax. Here’s the press release (via Ad Week):
“Williams will be featured in a series of playful, lighthearted advertisements and online videos. In each piece, Williams defeats Tampax’s Mother Nature character, who tries to deliver her ‘monthly gift’ in an unsuccessful attempt to throw Williams off her game—on and off the tennis court.”
This sponsorship was lined up before the US Open.

hahaha.. "mother nature's gift" — thats classic …in India another old fashioned euphemism is "my aunt is visiting"…
maybe they can use the Serena tirade from the US Open as a bit for hormone pills to help with PMS.. and the after can be Serena saying "i want to give her a hug" about the linesman…
